This is full proof that ~annaics has stole one (as far as I know..) of my images and reposted it as her own original work.
The image you see at the top is onixa's image
The reason why the copyright is different, is because I changed the deviation with a larger copyright after noticing the infringement of the other deviant.
The bottom lower version is that of annaics. She removed my previous copyright on the image (which was at the lower right corner) by smudging it off. Probably done in photoshop.

The Short Story
On June 17th I noticed a comment on my profile page. It said the following: "bleah. you sucks."
So, not fully understanding why it said "sucks" instead of "suck" to begin with, I decided to check this deviant out to find out why it is that i "sucks."
After searching her gallery I found out she stole my newly submitted deviation "lovely splashes" (posted June 16th, 2010). I quickly posted a polite comment on the deviation stating that it is in fact mine, and she had no permission to post it as her own.
A few days later I got more insulting messages and a threatening email from this deviant. In the email she stated that she is "unhappy" that I posted a journal about her art theft, and also that she is making money of off my photos.
I quickly send her a reply message, which i strongly regret!!! However, I also send her the "COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT LETTER" which I found on the #Doombringers @ deviantart.com
She has no replied yet.

I hope that this is enough proof that she is Not the owner of the image, and in fact has stolen a copyrighted work made by me.
If any more proof is needed, I have original files that are in raw format, just in case if anyone is doubting this.
I reported that image a couple of times, however no action has been taken yet.
I have also reason to believe that the deviant has stolen one or more works of other deviants and or peoples outside of this site as well.
